Gaston, Esq. is a 2002 graduate of Augustana College with a BA in Speech Communication and Political Science. Attorney Gaston received her JD in 2005 from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
Attorney Gaston has more than 10 years of practical experience advising clients on a wide variety of legal issues. Attorney Gaston has successfully tried both bench and jury trials and has experience on both the Appellate and Federal Court levels. She has also settled cases involving gender discrimination, harrassment, and wrongful termination in the work place.
Attorney Gaston has previously been awarded the President's Award for Outstanding Service through the Cook County Bar Association. She is also published in the John Marshall Law School Adelphia Law Journal.
